New Changes to Online Banking
In accordance with the new FFIEC security guidelines, you will now be required to enter a challenge PIN when logging into online banking from an unauthorized computer. The challenge question and answers you initially setup will no longer be used for online banking authentication. Your first login after the upgrade will show a "Challenge PIN Setup" screen. Please follow the directions on the screen, you must provide a valid email address or text message address in order to receive your challenge PIN. Once you have received and entered your first challenge PIN, you will not be required to enter another one unless you are using an unauthorized device or if you're performing certain transactions.
